I am a college graduate from the University of San Francisco. I obtained a BS in Business Management and have a minor in Psychology. I am very passionate about connecting with others and creating a welcoming and safe workspace.
Throughout my years in college I have strengthened my ability to use project management platforms. In my position as an Assistant General Manager I have helped train and develop the team, I learned to schedule and be able to allocate funds appropriately when ordering product.
The main role I've partaken through high school has been being a manager at Jamba. I have learned a lot of admin/ HR skills such as communicating with others and solving issues. Being able to ensure the store meets the standards/guidelines and making sure others follow as well has been a big part of this job.
I've also worked other jobs such as being a peer and creating a structure for my tutoring session every week. I've been a market researcher and have done a lot of research on the Gen-Z population, doing this I had to be very organized on how I allocated my time given to research each weekend and narrow down the topic. In addition to this I did work a desk job as a FOH manager where I answered the phone, made appointments, verified dental insurances, and organized and prepared patient's files.
I recently gradated this May (2024) with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology.
