Experienced Roof Waterproofing Technician and Metal Roofing Worker with approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE, working mainly on commercial and industrial roofing projects. Skilled in metal roof waterproofing, metal roof leak repair, metal roof maintenance, metal sheets installation, waterproofing of metal sheet joints and side laps, roof penetrations, sealant application, roof trims, cladding and finishing, and water ingress prevention. Comfortable working at height.
Also experienced in the mechanical installation of solar modules/panels on roofs and assisting electricians with work in LV/DB rooms. Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as effectively as part of a team.

- Carry out waterproofing works on commercial and industrial metal roofs.
- Repair roof leaks and address areas affected by water ingress.
- Carry out waterproofing of roof sheet joints/seams and side laps.
- Seal roof penetrations and apply appropriate sealants and waterproofing materials like Polyprene and Seam/Rivet Guard.
- Perform roof maintenance, refurbishment and repair works.
- Carry out roof trims and finishing works.
- Perform mechanical installation of solar modules/panels on roofs.
- Assist electricians with required work in LV rooms.
- Work safely at height using appropriate roofing tools and equipment.
- Carry out assigned roofing and waterproofing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
