I am a self-motivated person who uses his IT skills to troubleshoot issue, I am also open to learning new technologies. I have been an IT Helpdesk support since October of 2021. I am passionate about helping people with their IT needs or just tinkering around computers and electronics.
I am currently a help Desk support specialist at the Salvation Army, interned as IT auditor at UK internal audit
I am currently pursuing a masters degree in Information Communication Technology and graduated With a bachelors degree in Information Communication Technology in fall of 2020
