• Operate and maintain unit equipment, and prepare process equipment for maintenance.
• Ran quite a few projects in tdi unit.
• Work with loading railcars so have to abide by DOTD rules
• Work with a lot of Process Flows and P&ID's
• Work a 12-hour rotating shift including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Conduct operator surveillance rounds, record data and catch unit product samples for field or laboratory analysis.
• Experienced with several types of process equipment, including: compressors, pumps, heat exchangers and reactors.
• Troubleshoot and correct process related issues (i.e.: temperature, pressure, flow).
• Qualified to run DCS Foxboro Board
• Having good communication skills for proper shift relief and to discuss unit conditions with supervision and DCS board operators
• Currently qualified to work three outside unit position (fully qualified outside operator)
• Specially trained for lethal service activities, including line breaking and equipment preparation due to high levels of phosgene present in the TDI process

• Supervision of work crew to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget
• Directional boring and hot taps using heavy machinery
• Ensure jobs are completed accurately based on P&IDs
• Responsible for pre planning resources and validating work scope for upcoming jobs
