My life and work experience is vast, from serving in the United States Marines Corps, working for the Naval Special Warfare Community (Navy SEALS), United States Navy Facilities Engineering Command, and for a High-Tech company (ASML), which is a leading innovator in the semiconductor industry.
Through learning from these dynamic organizations, I have adopted a situational leadership style, understanding that everyone is unique and should be treated equally.

Manager with over fifteen years of program management experience, planning, developing, process improvement, and implementing strategic goals within multiple fast-paced, dynamic organizations such as ASML/CYMER and Naval Special Warfare Command. I have advanced experience in project management, negotiations, operations, financial, and budget matters covering a multitude of projects, dealing with clean-room laboratories, top secret military programs, asset management, Capital Projects (CAPEX), and Operational & Maintenance (OPEX) in the High-Tech Industry working with cross-collaborative teams.
