Kaila Martinez

I currently work full-time for a law firm as a Client Success Supervisor with 6 direct reports. However, as I've recently opened my own boutique, I am hoping to look for part-time work to replace my full-time job where I could continue to grow my skills in the corporate setting while accomplishing my personal goals. I have over 10 years of customer service experience and have often been described as a “top 10% performer” by my leaders.

I currently wear all of the hats for my business including buying, budgeting, marketing, management and more.
