Hello, my name is Kaitlin and I am a compassionate and dedicated individual seeking a CNA position to provide exceptional patient care while utilizing strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to learning in a fast-paced healthcare environment. I plan on going to LVN school in June 11th 2026 and then become an RN. My final goal is to become a CRNA and I am very motivated to complete this dream of mine.

Link is a day program where you pick up individuals and take them places that helps them accomplish their goals.

• Drive people with intellectual disabilities to school/work/library ect.
• Pick them up from their houses and drop them off at home
• Help clients do their day to day tasks.
• offer clients emotional support whenever in distress.
• complete necessary paper each week with reports on what happened throughout the day with the client.
• Make sure the client is always comfortable and enjoying their time.

Community Coach at Anthesis (2024-08 – 2026-03)

Anthesis is a day program where you pick up and drop off individuals with intellectual disabilities and you help them achieve their personal goals, as well as take them out in the community with a group of 3 or 4.

• Making a personalized schedule that involves all 3 participants that are in my group.
• Descalating the situation when a client gets angry and tries to start a scene or help them deal with their emotions when they're upset.
• Filing paperwork on time, like transportation history, how many miles I drive in a day, monthly safety drills, as well as writing detailed notes on what happened in the day with the participant.
• Volunteering once a week and to motivate the participants to show good workmanship and to enable good working habits that can be transferred to getting a real job.
