Kaitlinn Gerke

At work I am the person who handles the digital side of advertising such as entering orders and following them to completion. I also create graphics. Outside of work I do photography and have been doing that for around 5 years.

I have worked in different aspects of communications and marketing from a network side. I started in sales and would come up with marketing concepts for my clients and came to really understand the digital products. I also have worked in government, I would do videos, stories on small businesses and employees, and make flyers for events that we were having for the city.

Currently, I am working on digital advertising at a local news station, here I help enter orders, train our new salespeople on our digital products, analyze analytics, and help with the creation of graphics.

In college I majored in Digital Media Studies with a concentration in Design. This allowed me to learn and deep dive into the different aspects of design such as video editing, animation, photography, design theory, and drawing.
