Kaitlyn Strider

For over five years, I’ve had the privilege of working in Applied Behavior Analysis as an ABAT, BT, and RBT across clinics, schools, and home settings. I’m currently earning my bachelor’s in psychology with a focus on ABA at Purdue Global, working through the coursework needed to sit for my BCaBA.

During my work, I focus on 1:1 therapy, helping reduce challenging behaviors, running parent coaching sessions, and working together with BCBAs. I personally feel therapy works best when it doesn't feel like work, so I like to pair solid clinical precision by keeping detailed data in CentralReach and Rethink, along with high-energy, play-based strategies like gross motor activities and sensory games.

My work in this field isn't just a job; it’s also extremely personal. As a parent with two children with ASD, I truly understand what families go through. That dual role has given me a deep level of patience, real-world empathy, and a profound respect for how important consistent care really is. I bring that heart, clinical dedication, and lived experience into every single session to help clients and families make meaningful progress.
