My name is Kaitlyn and I live in Converse, TX but I am originally from Danbury, Tx (near Houston). I am currently a dental assistant looking to change my career to being a Customer Service Representative. Although I have no experience in the field, I am a very hard worker as well as a fast learner.
I am really driven to make sure I succeed in anything I do in the career. I am well organized, motivated, a team player, as well as I have great time management. I have the ability to multi-task when needed to do so and always make sure to do things the correct way unless told other wise from management.
I would be a great candidate in this particular field because I love helping people and also help solve their problems and come to a conclusion.
I have customer service from my past jobs as a dental assistant at Crownridge Dental and Ideal Dental(currently work here) in the past year, working at a restaurants The Brazos River Brisket House(2021), and also at a daycare Children's Clubhouse LLC (2020). Over the years working at these places I have learned a lot on how to communicate not only with the customer or clients but as well with fellow co-workers and managers/bosses.
I graduated high school in 2018 at Danbury High School. Attended a community college from 2018-2020 at Alvin Community College studying in business, then lastly received a certificate and License as a Registered Dental Assistant at Texas Dental Assistant School in 2021 as well as received a certificate for CPR.
