Kaiya Creek

I am a current Sports Management graduate from Howard University. Currently I am pursuing my Masters of Finance, graduating in May of 2025.During the years of 2020-2025 I served as a student athlete, playing in the women’s basketball team. I aspire to work in the sports management/marketing field with the intent to continue my passion in making a difference in the sports industry.

A driven and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in sports management, event coordination, and marketing. Currently interning at High Demand Sports Management, supporting talent acquisition and daily operations to serve clients in sports, entertainment, and influencer industries. Previously interned with the Quinn Cook Basketball Association, leading marketing initiatives and managing logistics for high-profile events, including Quinn Cook's 8th annual basketball camp.

Gained facilities and event management experience at Athletic Republic, overseeing operations and resolving issues during sports events and tournaments. Strong background in leadership, logistics, and community engagement, complemented by a successful collegiate athletic career with Howard University Women’s Basketball.
