In my current position, I manage an in-vivo program from discovery to IND-enabling studies which involve planning, designing, and managing the CROs from the beginning till the end of the study and compilation of study reports. I am the principal investigator on the IACUC protocol and have successfully established in vivo in-house facility at WISTAR. I also serve as a Subject Matter Expert in rare genetic disorders.
My present role involves collaborating across cross-functional teams and presenting to the leadership team within the company to ensure project deliverables. I play an integral part in connecting research to discovery and managing commercial opportunities. Throughout my career, I proved myself as an expert who can handle multiple scientific and Biotech projects through networking across cross-functional teams and with industry representatives.
