My name is Kara Cosgrove. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. I received my bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from the Culinary Institute of America. I have been working in the Catering Industry for over 10 years and have worked as an Sales and Events Manager in some of the most prestigious wedding destinations in the Country from San Francisco, to the Napa Valley to Asheville North Carolina.
I am very passionate, always eager to learn and grow, and have such versatile knowledge in the industry it makes me a value to anyones team.
I have worked and lived all over the country to gain knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. I have worked as a chef in kitchens, to a field manager on a farm, to Catering Events manager, to Catering Sales Manager. I have extended knowledge on culinary professionalism as well as front of the house leadership knowledge. I believe myself to be a well versatile in the industry.
