In my current role as Supervisor, Associate Underwriting at American National Property & Casualty in Springfield, MO, I lead a high-performing team specializing in Special Farm Package and Business Auto Policies. I’ve eliminated backlogs, enabling my team to operate ahead of schedule and consistently achieve 100% on-time policy processing. I identified $75 million in process inefficiencies and implemented operational changes that improved accuracy and aligned workflows with strategic goals.

I’m passionate about mentoring and developing talent, which has resulted in multiple promotions within my team. I also collaborate closely with training teams to formalize procedures and support ongoing team development, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed compliance standards.
