Hello! I am currently a Client Service Manager at a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm in Madison, Wisconsin. I have five years of experience specializing in client onboarding, operational support, and relationship management. In my role, I‘ve learned the value of creating seamless client experiences, maintaining strong advisor-client relationships, and ensuring operational processes run efficiently behind the scenes.
I have extensive experience working within Salesforce and am highly adaptable when learning new systems and technologies. I take pride in being detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused, allowing me to support both clients and advisory teams with accuracy and reliability.
Outside of my professional role, I am committed to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle through regular fitness and training. I am also a proud mother to my daughter and have 6-year-old Bullmastiff. I value balance, continuous growth, and building meaningful connections in both my personal and professional life.
During my career in the wealth management industry, I have worked with high-net-worth clients who have been with our firm for decades, as well as clients who are just beginning their wealth management journey. I enjoy helping clients navigate the complex world of finance, from opening new accounts to assisting beneficiaries through the inheritance process. I pride myself on being highly responsive to client needs and concerns, and I enjoy helping ease the administrative responsibilities for advisors.
