I have been in the human food and animal food industries since 2010. I am HACCP certified, a PCQI for both human and animal food and an SQF practitioner. I have developed and implemented Quality and Food Safety plans and written policies, procedures and SSOP’s. I have worked with analyzing customer complaints, implementing preventative maintenance schedules and much more.
I have 15 years in the human and animal food world. I have worked for Smithfield Foods, Tony Downs Foods, Mars Pet Food Division, New Generation Supplements. I also have experience in a laboratory setting.
I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science with a minor in Chemistry. Both obtained from South Dakota State University.
