My position at pollo tropical I do a lot of things from prepping the food cleaning my cooking station I sometimes cook the meat and put things to fry. I also help in the front with taking customers order helping the people in the drive thru to help get the customers order out and have make sure they are pleased with the Great customer service. I also offer overtime to help out in other stores when they are short staffed.
