Managed from the development perspective two projects under construction: The first a 250 unit 4-level garden deal (through completion). The second a 419 unit deal including retail, townhomes and high density MF units (through retail and first unit delivery and lease-up commencement).

• Zoning, entitlement, engagement and management of the AE, geotechnical, environmental, acoustic, telecom, low voltage, access control, signage, creative, third-party QA/QC and other consultant teams.
• Obtaining environmental, site plan, building permit, and other required approvals to commence construction.
• Negotiating JV, development, loan and other required municipal / financial agreements.
• Managing the construction oversight process whether with our in-house or third party GC including, but not limited to, preliminary budget & schedule, negotiating the GC agreement, OAC meetings, change order review and approval, budget & schedule monitoring, etc.
• Communicate with financial partners throughout the development process.
• Work with Asset Management in the engagement of property management firms and work with the team through lease-up and stabilization of the properties.
• Work with Capital Markets and Asset Management in the eventual disposition of the property.

• Work with the retail leasing team to coordinate tenant finish-out requirements, pricing, pricing acceptance, reconciliation with pro-forma, work completion and space delivery for tenant occupancy.
