Karollay Delcid

My name is Karollay Delcid, and I am in my senior year of college at Alvernia University. I am a literature major with a minor in Polisci. I am interested in gaining experience in the legal field as I hope to pursue a law career in the future.

I currently work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), where I assist individuals with daily needs, maintain documentation, communicate with clients and team members, and handle sensitive information professionally. I previously worked as a caregiver, which strengthened my organization, responsibility, patience, and ability to manage multiple tasks. I also have customer service experience as a waitress, where I worked in a fast-paced environment, handled payments, communicated with customers, and balanced multiple responsibilities at once.

While I am looking to gain my first professional experience in the legal field, my previous positions have helped me develop strong communication, organization, time-management, and interpersonal skills that I believe would transfer well to a legal office.

Graduated from Berks catholic Highschool. Currently in my fourth year of college and will graduate with my bachelor's in May 2027!
