Hi, I’m Kassey Rohrscheib, an entry-level remote worker with skills in customer service, typing, communication, creative writing and poetry. I am passionate and enthusiastic about working remotely and exploring new opportunities.

As a creative writer and poet, I can create original and engaging content for different purposes, such as blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, and more. I have good writing skills, creativity, and knowledge of different styles and formats.

I have been a stay-at-home mom from 2007 to 2018, taking care of my family and household. Before that, I completed a 240-hour customer service training program through New Avenues for Youth, a non-profit organization that provides education, employment, and support services for homeless and at-risk youth in Portland, Oregon. Through this program, I learned various skills and techniques to provide excellent customer service, such as communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and teamwork.

I also obtained my GED, which demonstrates my academic achievement and readiness for further education or employment.

In addition to my education, I have also gained valuable work experience in the customer service industry, both over the phone and in person. I have worked as a customer service representative for AT&T Go Phone, assisting customers with over-the-phone payments, account management, and troubleshooting. I have also worked in various retail and cleaning/organization positions, such as being a cashier or floor representative, or fast food worker.
