I am a Junior in college, currently on the path to getting my English B.A through the University of Rhode Island. Post-grad I would like to go into editing and publishing. I am looking for experience in the world of publishing as an intern. I am very passionate about reading, writing, and editing other people’s work.
No professional experience in the publishing field yet. I do have general work experience.
I am currently working a Work Study job at URI, in the athletic equipment room. (2023)
I have worked at Soos Creek Dog Kennels in Kent, WA, as a kennel assistant (2021-2023)
Worked for Camp Don Bosco, a catholic youth summer camp, in Carnation Washington (2021-2023) as a Lifeguard, Counselor and Horse Wrangler.
Graduated from Tahoma High School in 2022.
Attended Green River College through their running start program during my Junior and Senior year of high school. Was able to transfer those two years worth of credit to my current university.
Currently a Junior at the University of Rhode Island on track to get my bachelors in English in Spring of 2024.
