Driver at Mountain Top EMS (2025-01 – Present)
As a Driver at Mountain Top EMS, I drive apparatus to / from Emergency Scenes and Hospitals ensuring Patient Safety during the entire drive. I also assist with maintenance of the apparatus and cleaning / restocking / organizing at the beginning and end of each shift. In addition, I assist with several office and clerical duties as well.
Executive Director at Celebration Villa of Nittany Valley (2024-03 – 2026-01)
As the Executive Director, I would oversee the day-to-day operations of the Community. I would work closely with the other members of the Leadership Team to ensure excellent Resident Care and Staff satisfaction. I would also work with the Director of Sales to ensure our Occupancy Rate was at or above the requirement for the Company.
Additionally, I would closely monitor the Communities budget and ensure timely payments to outside vendors, long-term care insurance agencies, and staff, through payroll.

At Maybrook Hills, I was able to work in several different roles such as a Transitional Care Nurse, LPN Supervisor, Unit Manager, and LPNAC / MDS Coordinator, this in return allowed me to follow Patients from the Hospital (before they were accepted for Rehab) through Discharge or Transition to Long-Term Care. By reviewing referrals and verifying insurance, to discharge planning, performing Patient care / treatments (blood draws, catheter insertions / removals / changes, medication administration through various routes, overseeing the daily operations of the Units as the Unit Manager or the entire Facility as the LPN Supervisor, or ensuring completing of the MDS and Care Plan Meetings, I was able to be involved in almost any and every aspect of the Patients stay and care.
LPN at Prime Care Medical (Centre County Correctional Facility) (2019-05 – 2021-04)
As an LPN with Prime Care Medical at the Centre County Correctional Facility, I would assist with various inmate related tasks such as: performing an intake assessment upon commitment, completing sick calls and reaching out to the provider for treatment options as needed, complete medication administration in the housing units several times a day, perform simple treatments under the supervision of the Correctional Officer, respond to Emergency Situations as needed such as fights, cardiac arrests, and other life altering events.
Central Registration Clerk and LPN at Tyrone Hospital (2016-10 – 2020-01)
At Tyrone Hospital, I started out as a Registration Clerk for the Emergency and Surgery Departments. I would obtain Patient information upon arrival, verify insurances, collect copayments, and assemble any needed paperwork upon Discharge. After obtaining my LPN, I was transitioned to the Nursing Department and assisted in various areas such as the Emergency Department, Same-Day Surgery, Family Practice, OBGYN, Pediatrics, and Chronic Care Management.
While in the mentioned departments, I performed several tasks noted with the LPN Scope of Practice such as obtaining vital signs, collecting and inputting health history into the EMAR, reviewing and educating Patients on their Medications, reordering Medications, completing lab draws and immunizations, as well as working with Insurance Companies and obtaining prior authorizations.
