State, and U.S. AID. Extensive experience with budget and procurement, managing an annual program budget of
$9m, providing procurement oversight ranging from executing task orders to developing IDIQ and BPA vehicles, as well as executing imagery and data acquisitions within 12-24 hours. Extensive leadership experience including ten years of supervisory experience managing teams supporting FEMA, NASA, and NGA. Co-creator of the Mapgive initiative at Department of State’s Humanitarian Information Unit, providing an innovative tool for participatory mapping that supports humanitarian aid efforts globally to this day.
