Been a PTA for over 7 years now. Experience in various settings, such as pelvic health, skilled nursing/sub acute rehabilitation, and acute care.

• Patient care on orthopedic, oncology, surgical, neuro, and cardiac floors.
• Certified instructor for PTA students. Managed and educated individual and multiple students during their rotations. Create education plans, action plans, and resource development.
• PT Clinical Practice and Quality Committee Member. Lead projects and created proper competency guidelines for service lines for orienting new and existing employees.
• Implemented LEAD research project 2022. Re-evaluation PTA productivity measurements which lead to an increase of clinician productivity, minimized patient refusals, and decreased barriers leading to more efficient patient care.
• In-Service educational team. Development and presentation of X-Ray imaging reading and polytruama,

pelvic health.
