Neuromuscular Massage Therapist at Well Balanced Body (2024-2026)
At Well Balanced Body, I provided customized treatment sessions to patients based on their individual needs and the assessments. I worked collaboratively alongside a chiropractor, a functional medicine provider, nutritionists, personal trainers, and other therapists to provide unique care focused on achieving the best outcomes for the patients. I contributed to treatment planning through assessments and clinical input; while continuously updating patient's SOAP notes to ensure effective communication among providers.
I work with my knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Biopsychosocial Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching, and PNF/ Reciprocal Inhibition. I work with a variety of patients and athletes presenting with pre/post-surgical recovery needs, injuries, chronic pain, mobility dysfunction, and postural deviations. I also had the opportunity to assist in educating therapists in the office on treatment techniques and clinical applications.
