My name is Kayla Saint Fort, and I’m currently pursuing a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting. I’m dual-enrolled at Harrisburg Area Community College and Penn State Harrisburg, where I maintain a 3.6 GPA while gaining hands-on experience in both financial analysis and private equity research.
This past summer, I interned as a Private Equity Analyst, where I sourced TMT sector leads, performed market research, and built detailed acquisition reports. I’m passionate about using data-driven financial tools—like Excel and financial modeling—to solve complex problems and support business growth.
I bring a blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience in finance, private equity, and accounting. I’ve interned as a Private Equity & Financial Research Analyst at Cedar Oak Capital, where I sourced acquisition leads in the TMT sector, built financial models, and conducted market research to support deal analysis. I also previously served as Growth Lead at a fintech startup, where I led social media strategy and competitor research.
My background includes experience in healthcare operations and simulation technology at Johns Hopkins, demonstrating both analytical and interpersonal strengths. I’m proficient in Excel, market research, and financial tools, with a proven ability to manage projects, collaborate across teams, and communicate insights clearly.
I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting through a dual-enrollment program at Harrisburg Area Community College and Penn State Harrisburg. I maintain a 3.6 GPA while completing upper-level coursework in financial and managerial accounting, microeconomics, and business law. My academic path is preparing me for transfer into Penn State’s advanced accounting and finance curriculum, where I plan to join the Finance Club and Penn State Investment Association to deepen my skills in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis
