At work, I take care of customers, handle issues at the registers, and reset them when they go down. I have keys to override transactions, approve IDs, and support cashiers when problems come up. I'm responsible for keeping the front end running smoothly, answering customer questions, and making sure everyone gets the help they need. I also jump in wherever I'm needed, whether that's at self‑checkout, the service desk, or on the floor.

At Pearl St. Station, I focus on giving guests a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment they walk in. I greet and seat guests when hosting, manage the flow of the dining room, and keep wait times organized.
My bartender duties are to take care of customers and make a variety of mixed drinks. As a server, I take orders, run food and drinks, and stay attentive, so guests have everything they need. I also handle my own bussing, keeping my section clean and ready for the next table.
