I am a fourth-year undergraduate at the University of Georgia majoring in Environmental Health with minors in Global Health, Disaster Management, and Spanish and a certificate in Water Resources. My current career interests are working for a research organization specializing in climate change. My interests include spending time in nature, whether that is hiking, skiing, swimming, etc, attending club activities with my friends, and trying new events or activities.
Currently, I am the president of the Environmental Health Science club and a UGA College of Public Health ambassador.
In the workplace, I tend to be a leader in group situations, but I am always willing to learn and take other people's opinions into consideration. I am always willing to jump into new experiences and learn new things that can help me be prepared for anything. Because Environmental Health is such a large field, I hope to gain experience in many different job opportunities and see what I love to do best.
I have had multiple intern experiences throughout college including my current role: Safety and Compliance Student Worker at the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital. I have also worked as an Environmental Consulting intern at Terracon Consultants, inc. and an Environmental Health Specialist intern at the Fulton County Board of Health.
I am receiving a BS in Environmental Health in May 2025 with minors in Disaster Management, Spanish, and Global Health as well as a certificate in Water Resources at the University of Georgia.
