I’m a results-driven HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. At Jill’s Office, I worked my way up from a Customer Service Representative to a Recruiting Specialist, where I manage applicant tracking systems, streamline hiring processes, and help reduce turnover by 20%. I handle full-cycle recruiting, compliance audits, and engagement initiatives to make sure new hires feel connected to our company culture.
