I'm an experienced operations and customer success leader with a deep background in brewing and process optimization. I’ve spent over 15 years leading production teams, streamlining systems, and delivering high-quality results. Most recently, I’ve helped breweries modernize their workflows through digital tools, blending technical knowledge with hands-on support.
I'm currently relocating to the Chicago area and looking for a stable, fulfilling role where I can continue solving problems, improving systems, and supporting great teams.
I’ve spent over 15 years in the brewing industry, leading operations, managing teams, and streamlining production. More recently, I transitioned into customer success, helping breweries adopt digital tools and improve their day-to-day processes. I’m all about solving problems, building better systems, and supporting people in doing their best work—whether on the floor or behind the scenes.
I earned my BA in Philosophy from the University of Evansville, which sharpened my thinking and problem-solving skills, and later completed the Master Brewer Program at the Siebel Institute to dive deep into the science and craft of brewing.
