I am 27 years old and have been working in customer service for over 7 years both customer facing and over the phone. I am pretty detailed oriented when it comes to my work because I like to be thorough and make sure problems are actually resolved. I graduated high school in 2016 and took some computer science courses in college.
I currently have over 7 years of customer facing and over the phone customer service experience. My current job has me proficient in most Microsoft programs and troubleshooting tools. I’m experienced in using multiple systems used at call centers.
My everyday tasks include assisting customers with numerous topics from technical troubleshooting too basic account work and utilizing systems and tools to determine issues and resolutions to those issues. I also held a shift manager position at a high traffic truck stop and developed leadership and problem solving skills.
High school diploma, a few computer science and IT courses.
