I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS1) with extensive experience providing behavioral and educational services in public school settings. My professional background includes conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and overseeing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting students with a wide range of learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. I have worked closely with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to implement evidence-based interventions that are practical, compliant, and sustainable within school environments.
In addition to direct service, I provide consultation, staff training, and program development to support student success across diverse educational settings.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of Dayton, a Master’s degree in Special Education from Concordia University, and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Saint Joseph. My academic training provided a strong foundation in evidence-based instructional practices, behavior assessment, and intervention design, with a particular emphasis on supporting students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs in school-based settings.
