• Sole designer on Recommendations Hub, the platform's first centralized, goal-based recommendation surface. Replaced a workflow where marketers translated goals into tactics manually and adjusted campaigns blind; designed declared-intent recommendations with AI-scored outcomes and progressive disclosure (model attribution, confidence, projections, rollbacks) to build trust at the AI-to-human handoff.
