Experienced, well-rounded bartender, totaling over 9 years in the FoodBev industry. Excelling in creating cocktails, managing inventory, enforcing health codes, and handling cash transactions. Especially skilled in high-volume customer service and bar operations.
Before bartending, I worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant from my senior year of high school, until I turned 21. From the suburbs of Chicago, I started serving at the local sports bar. In 2015 I moved to Chicago and my industry life started.
I worked at Irish Oak in Wrigleyville as a server/bartender during 2016 World Series and for 2 years following. I then found LGs in Old Town (formerly Lady Gregory Old Town). This location was VERY late-night busy, and where I fell in love with high-volume bartending.
We were closed by COVID, and I was promoted to Head Bartender/Bar Manager/Beverage Director. Throughout the years I have worked at different bars, restaurants and arenas.
