I am a passionate and creative programming professional with nearly three years of experience in designing and leading engaging activities. With over 13 years of management experience, I bring strong leadership, organization, and innovation to every project I undertake. I take pride in creating dynamic programs that foster connection, inspire creativity, and bring people together.

My work is fueled by a love for problem-solving and bringing fresh ideas to life. Whether organizing interactive events, coordinating team-building activities, or developing new projects, I strive to create experiences that are meaningful, fun, and impactful. I have a particular passion for escape rooms, board games, and video games, which inspire my approach to crafting engaging and immersive experiences for others.

Beyond my professional role, I love to cook, create art, and explore new technologies. I’m always eager to learn and apply new skills, whether it’s experimenting with a new recipe, trying a new art medium, or mastering the latest tech tools. Helping others and seeing them thrive is my greatest reward, and I am dedicated to fostering environments where people feel supported, valued, and inspired.

I am an accomplished programming professional with nearly three years of experience in my current role, where I’ve earned two Shining Star Awards and received two additional nominations. I was also honored with a nomination for the GSLA Awards. Leveraging over 13 years of management experience, I mentor other Programming Directors, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.

My expertise extends beyond my home community, as I have traveled to and supported other communities, demonstrating my commitment to fostering excellence and collaboration across teams.

I hold an associate’s degree from Chicago's Harry S. Truman college, with a primary focus on psychology and art. During my studies, I explored various branches of psychology and worked with a wide range of art mediums, gaining a deeper understanding of human behavior and creative expression. This diverse educational background enhances my ability to design engaging, meaningful programs and foster strong connections with others.
