Provide security and public safety services in a public-facing environment. Conduct patrols, monitor for safety and security concerns, respond to incidents and emergencies, prepare detailed written reports, document observations and activities, assist staff and members of the public, de-escalate conflicts, and coordinate with management, law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel when necessary.
