Right now Im employees with a nationwide security company. My main job is to make sure we have sufficient manpower to all our off-duty police officers. Also maintain good relationships of the numerous companies that employ us. As long as we have an excellent trained officers there are trained to de-escalate most situations. Training is high and our officers are motivated to do a professional job.

I’m a former US Marine after one enlistment, and while working part time secure. I was asked by an off-duty police officer to put in an application for the job, and I got the job and hit the ground running. I have a Lotta training from our federal, law-enforcement and other.

I was on a special operations team I was on the HBT Team.which was the Police Dept. version of Swati HBT stand for hostage barricade training team. I worked an entry element into houses or homes whils conducting search warrants. I later moved onto the sniper team, where I was trained by the FBI hostage negotiator team.

Also working a stent in undercover narcotics/gangs.all this and I was still able to obtain an associates degree in applied science(Triton College), a bachelors degree in criminal justice,(Chicago State University) and a masters degree in management(Roosevelt University)

All the training I received as a police officer was incredibly useful and priceless. I attended multiple classes from the FBI in Swat training and Police observer and sniper. add to the classes on surveillance gangs, narcotics and was certified at the Chicago police Academy as a ESCO which stands for electronic, criminal, surveillance officer. Which is a fancy name for a person that can participate in a title three wire tap.
