Head Dean of Students at Sacramento Charter High School (ST. HOPE) (2011-01 – Present)

Serve as the lead administrator responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and positive school culture for a diverse urban high school population. Oversee student discipline systems, supervise the Dean team, and collaborate with administrators, teachers, families, and community partners to promote student success, accountability, and social-emotional development.
