I'm an experienced capital engineering and project management professional with over 7 years in the food and beverage industry. My career started in technical writing back in 2015, but I quickly transitioned into operations as a production supervisor at Sabra Dipping Company from 2016 to 2018. That’s where I discovered my passion for capital projects and asset management.
I moved into a project management role at Sabra from 2017 to 2022, handling large-scale capital projects and driving improvements across the plant.
After that, I joined Domino’s as a Regional Program Lead for capital assets, focusing on asset replacement and helping to improve operational efficiency. Most recently, I took on a contract role at Amazon as a Reliability Program Manager from September 2024 to January 2025, where I led special projects and supported maintenance planning and scheduling.
I’ve built my career on improving asset reliability, managing complex projects, and finding ways to make operations run smoother. Now, I’m excited about what’s next and looking for new opportunities to apply my experience and keep growing.
