Director Global Engagement, Discipleship and Next Gen - Alliance Northwest - Portland, OR

- Implemented a path for 100 +/- churches and networks to engage in global partnerships with Alliance International Workers (missionaries).
- Trained dozens of ministry leaders and pastors in a reproducible discipleship model called a huddle. I was invited by two lead pastors from large churches (up to 3500 attenders) to train their senior leadership in a yr-long huddle in this discipleship model.
- Oversaw our Next Gen (middle school and high school) ministry for Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and part of Idaho. Together with the staff we re-tooled the two large annual youth retreats to better support the mission of the ANW by including time and space for equipping and supporting our youth pastors and their volunteer staffs during the retreats.
Staff Oversight, Finance and Small Groups - Mosaic Church - Portland, OR

- Developed, led, and passed off a small group ministry that was aligned with and moving the church's vision forward. It grew to include 25+ small groups and five coaches who each supported and cared for five or six leaders.
- Oversaw several staff members and served on the executive leadership team helping to set and steer the course of the church.
Small Groups, Mom's Ministry and Women's Ministry - East Park Church - Vancouver, WA

- Developed and led an outreach ministry to young moms that saw dozens of women come to Christ. I raised up a team of women to lead this ministry and raised up my replacement when it was time to pass the ministry along. It continued strong for many years. It was here that I first felt gifted and called to ministry as I learned to raise up and disciple leaders.
- Recruited and led a Women's Ministry team that used teams to put on an a retreat and two to three mid-size events annually.
