I'm from a small town in Alabama. I'm learning German, Spanish, and Danish at the moment so I can better assist my students who are learning English. I have a Bachelor's degree in English and another BA in Theatrical Arts, and I have experience instructing whole classrooms of learners ages 15-30. I'm hardworking and dedicated, and I make it my goal to improve every work space I inhabit.
I have experience teaching English as a second language through Jacksonville State University. I served as a two-year conversation partner for the English as a Second Language Institute. I have had work published in two academic journals analyzing the works of William Shakespeare. I've also worked as an editor and assistant editor on two publications.
I graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2021 with two bachelor's degrees. I took workshops from leading teachers of English literature, and I later taught alongside the very same professors in a workshop for high school students on learning and understanding the words of William Shakespeare.
