I am a senior nursing student who genuinely loves what I do and is excited to continue growing as a nurse. My clinical experiences have allowed me to work with a variety of patients and practice skills such as medication administration, IVs, wound care, Foley catheters, and injections. More than anything, these experiences have taught me how important compassion, communication, and making patients feel safe and cared for truly are.
I am hardworking, eager to learn, and always willing to step outside of my comfort zone. I am pursuing a nurse externship because I want to gain more hands-on experience, learn from experienced nurses, and become the best nurse I can be as I prepare to begin my career.
