I am currently in the construction management field as a field services coordinator in the electrical contractor field. I also have experience as a construction specialist in water/wastewater sector and have held a position as a co-op estimator for concrete & masonry. I am currently on track to gain experience in all aspects of the construction realm as I can.

My goal is to become senior project manager for a stable, yet fast-growing company, while also running my own commercial masonry company.

• Assist project manager in compartmentalizing Duke utility projects, travel for project walkthroughs, & make material purchase orders.
• Analyze completed work & connect with foremen & subcontractors.

• Served as design team's liaison to assist contractor in Greenville, Ohio's wastewater treatment plant construction.
• Ensured material & construction followed approved design & specs.

• Created & kept record of daily delivery route schedules for solar panel deliveries using Dispatch Track logistic software & Microsoft Excel.
• Created weekly schedules & allocated daily duties for a 7-man crew after analyzing weekly workloads & install dates.
• Reviewed roof plan drawings for order accuracy & revised customer purchases accordingly if needed.
