I have been very fortunate to have built a significant tenure within Supply Chain & Logistics for a variety of industries. I am a Process Improvement Champion. Through conducting extensive research and evaluation of information and technology solutions, I’ve been able to successfully implement processes improvements.
Some of the areas that I’ve been able to execute improvements have been in the following areas: tracking, reporting of materials, products distribution, transportation and storage. These streamlined improvements have also significantly impacted cost savings.
I believe in building strong relationships with cross functional teams, business partners, stakeholders and leadership in order to establish measurable goals for the business. I also subscribe to if one fails, we all fail and failure is only getting us to improve our internal best practices.
I believe in leadership by influence not management. My approach is do whatever it takes to get the job done, and sometimes that means rolling up the sleeves and getting my hands dirty.

Business Continuity Certification/Disaster Recovery for Distribution/warehouse/logistics
Recognized as a certified screening facility; this ultimately resulted in a cost savings of 5M as it improved shipment rejection rate by over 99%
Conducted extensive research which resulted in an initial cost savings of $640K, 35% tariff for our product being shipped by China. Overall to date savings 4M
Recognized for outstanding work and selected as Employee of the year
