Hired on into Packaging working 12 and 16 hours 12 days on 2 days off. Transfer Maintenance as a millwright engineer/ emergency response firefighter. Duties assigned to a variety of packing, cleaning or reprocessing positions. The Packaging Laborer may be assigned to any station or location in the Packaging Department. This is an entry-level position requiring continuous heavy labor activities. Responsible for providing maintenance services through the refinery.

• Performs mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance services, including; troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, rigging, metal fabrication and repairs (welding/burning), pipe installation and repairs, and building crafts work
• Perform cleaning and lubrication on mechanical equipment
• Work with other refinery maintenance and operations personnel to handle normal everyday problems
• Will be assigned to one of the maintenance groups, which include: refinery maintenance, warehouse, pipe/metal, building crafts, garage and raw sugar maintenance

Specific to Offshore Drill Site Oooguruk. Work contract entailed 13 hrs a days 7 days a week. Operate forklift, overhead crane, hammer mills, shale shakers, Rig Support Complex Super Vac, and Cuttings Conveyance Unit equipment operator. Perform Fluid Transfers from RSC to and from Drill Rig for Intermediate and directional drilling and reinjection. Blend toxic chemical compounds specific to viscosity, weight, Ph, and yield point for mud engineers to use during drilling processes.
