- Prepare and submit quarterly IFTA and state mileage-tax filings by reconciling telematics mileage, fuel reports, and receipts; maintain an on-time record with no corrected filings.
- Administer UCR and IRP renewals, vehicle registrations, multistate permits and decals, credential-expiration tracking, annual inspections, and service documentation to reduce avoidable compliance disruptions.
- Develop policies, SOPs, training, safety meetings, and a performance-based driver incentive program; maintained 100% completion of required training for all 21 active drivers.
- Maintained zero preventable accidents since January 2022 and decreased a CSA BASIC percentile by three points within six months through trend review, driver coaching, and documented corrective action.
