I have a number of years of experience in multiple roles as a strategic problem solver, that I believe make me an ideal candidate.
As a Customer Support Representative at Wizards of the Coast, I developed strong relationships not only with customers but also designers, engineers and the Customer Service team members and management. This position demanded clear, concise and positive communication skills as well as consistent messaging with my fellow agents.
I worked as the Department Coordinator for Outsourcing and Roto/Paint at Encore VFX, which provides special effects for TV and film such as Doom Patrol and His Dark Materials. There I managed the detailed revisions and executed programs, by acting as a liaison between our clients, outsourced artists and our internal departments to maintain clarity and continuity. It was important to track revisions for management review to ensure task completion and coverage of our goals for each shot.
