Khaleb Baker

I am a hands-on product manager with a passion for organization, technology, and growth. In 2020, I founded NORSEMASK LLC, where I successfully marketed and sold 5500 handmade flag masks to my community during the Covid-19 pandemic. Following this, my partner and I invested our profits into Leiren Designs Bridal, where I managed diverse responsibilities to get this business running, including strategic and tactical planning, organization, product metric tracking and system development. I bring professionalism and versatility to my working environment.

I began my career in the Restaurant industry as a server/bartender, where I honed my communication and decision-making skills. I transitioned to a career in Tourism in 2017 and after demonstrating my ability I was put in charge of our companies 5 largest clients in terms of volume. I built relationships, tracked success, developed reporting, and gave presentations in New York and Philadelphia.

The Covid-19 Pandemic annihilated the tourism industry, and so I flexed my Entreprenurial spirit and founded NORSEMASK, providing Seattle with stylish flag masks to bring back a sense of community.

For the past 3 years, I have been developing a small business called LEIREN DESIGNS with my partner, located in Balard. I have decided to step away from the business as I pursue some of my professional passion as a multifaceted individual with a proven track record!

Over the summer, I completed my Bachelors of Science in Applied Economics, Business and Society from the University of Oregon. GO DUCKS! I have continued to take courses in Coursera as I enjoy adding new skillsets. Currently, I am working on a project management certificate through Google.
