Food Runner/Bar back - Haywire La Cantera

My responsibilities while food running include ensuring the swift and accurate delivery of food and drink to customers, Providing genuine Texas hospitality, assisting servers and kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas under my supervision that day. It is necessary for me to maintain a balance between walking tables, keeping the line clean and orderly, clearing tables to bring in new guests, and hold an in depth understanding of our food menu, including allergen concerns/cross contamination in our prep and cooking.
Bar backing I am responsible for glassware on the service well and bar top, knowledge of our wines, bottled/draft beers, supplying stock bottles with juices and batched syrups/drink mixes to bartenders, batching new syrups and drink bases when necessary, sourcing liquor/wine bottles for bartenders when necessary.
