My name is Kimberly Prattis, and I bring over two decades of leadership experience across military, federal, and corporate sectors, with a focused expertise in financial crime compliance, investigations, and organizational development.

I proudly served 22 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant and Pacific Region Command Chief for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). During my military tenure, I led complex investigations, built high-performing teams, and provided strategic leadership across global operations. This foundation instilled in me a deep commitment to integrity, accountability, and results-driven service.

Following my military career, I transitioned into civilian leadership roles within financial services and government oversight. My professional background includes:

I am a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

In addition to my operational experience, I have a passion for leadership development and training. I’ve served as an instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, facilitating courses in Investigations, Leadership, and Advanced Special Investigations.

My academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a minor in Homeland Security and a Bachelor of Business Management with a minor in Finance.

Currently, I remain focused on leveraging my combined military and civilian experience to lead high-impact teams, strengthen compliance operations, and drive strategic growth across complex organizations. I am also pursuing personal wellness goals with the same discipline I bring to my professional life.
